Big incentive events may still be off the cards for our clients however, that doesn’t mean smaller events and activities also have to be.
This week, Neon have been scouring the web and chatting with some of our suppliers across the country to find out what incentive event ideas and activities are available for us to offer our clients - all of which must of course comply with the all-important Covid-19 guidelines*.
Here are some of our favourites, which can be easily adapted to coincide with the ever changing Covid-19 guidelines.
If you’re looking for a unique and memorable way to reward and recognise your team, look no further! We recently found a wonderful article written by inVoyage who spoke with Belmond’s Brand Communications Director (Global) Samantha Strawford and we are totally sold on the escapism that the gorgeous barges she suggests have to offer.
Rent three or four barges for a day, have Neon create a unique itinerary and float your own flotilla. When the situation allows for it, meander through the beautiful canals of Burgundy, enjoying exclusive wine tasting, fine French food and stopping off overnight at one of the exceptional Belmond properties. For a great UK alternative, head to the Four Seasons in Hampshire, this exclusive property has its own unique canal boat!
Free from the restrictions of a hotel, this option provides the perfect backdrop to your next event. With over 5,000 beautiful acres to roam free, this private estate, which offers exclusive use, provides all the flexibility for your next company incentive, conference or celebration.
Located in Sibton Park, Suffolk it is easily accessible just two hours from London. With country houses, luxury farmhouses and smaller cottages to rent, there is more than enough choice to cater for your guests within the current guidelines.
There are enclosed gardens where you can host an outdoor meeting, lunch or product launch and the activities on offer are some of the best we have seen. From every country pursuit you can think of to murder mystery nights, wine tasting, spitfire displays, and so much more.
A trip on the opulent Belmond Pullman Express is an unforgettable experience and one that can be experienced with social distancing in place.
This plush train journey combines the vibrant English countryside with Belmond’s unrivalled cuisine and service. This journey can be a sophisticated affair with a menu cooked by iconic chefs such as, Raymond Blanc and Michel Roux Jr or, can be a more fun, interactive experience with an Agatha Christie style Murder Mystery performance whilst your guests enjoy their meals.
We took an incentive group on the Belmond British Pullman last year. The incentive winners enjoyed uninterrupted views, fantastic wines and exquisite fine dining. The group were thoroughly enjoying the experience, which only improved when the murder mystery characters moved throughout the carriages. Figuring out ‘who did it’ is all down to the group. Interrogation, making notes and trying to piece together the puzzle to find out which one of the characters is very good at their job. The unique experience was loved by the group, who raved about the excellent balance of luxury and fun.
What better way to beat the crowds than to escape to a secluded abode, nestled in the tranquil New Forest.
The private Treehouses at Chewton Glen are the perfect place for your teams to immerse themselves in the forest for an extraordinary experience. Equipped with a wood burner in the heart of the living space and beautiful woodland views beyond the balconies, it’s a true oasis. Options to add an extra level of decadence include a private chef, dining options within the trees and in room beauty or spa treatments.
We understand this is a challenging time and we would love to hear what your requirements might be for your next incentive and how we can help meet your needs.
