Performance and Engagement specialists, Neon Agency, kick-start their growth plans for 2023 with the appointment of Rebecca Cowell.‍

Rebecca joins the client services team as senior account manager to support in the running and management of key client accounts. With a strong strategic focus, and plenty of employee engagement experience to draw upon, Rebecca will assist in the continuous development of client engagement programmes for the year ahead.  

With experience across automotive, telecommunications and financial services, Rebecca’s client background aligns seamlessly with the industry focus of Neon Agency.

We always want to ensure our account managers develop breadth and experience in their roles and work across a variety of accounts, and have implemented several re-assignments within the team to support this. Rebecca enters the agency working predominately on Vodafone, AGCO and Stellantis, and will concentrate on ensuring Neon’s employee and channel programmes hit the client’s objectives and deliver the best possible user experience.
